Shipping Rules and Tips when ordering from

Shipping Rules

* No Hotel Addresses and No Po Boxes Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to hotels and PO Boxes. Please provide a permanent street address.

* Shipping address and billing address: Under PayPal payment condition, please ensure that the shipping address matches the PayPal billing address. Any inconsistency will be rejected.

* Refunds: All orders that are declined by us due to any of these rules are voided with your method of payment and the order is canceled.

* We can only modify a wrong address if customers contact us before the package is marked as shipped.

* We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for this fee.

* Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

* If the customs clearance could not be completed due to the customer’s reasons and the package needs to be reshipped after the package is returned, additional shipping costs will be required.

* Customers should be responsible for paying customs taxes.


How long until my order ships?

– Small quantities in stock : You should plan for at least 7 business days from the time your order is placed until it is shipped.

– Small quantities out of stock : You should plan for at least 20-25 business days from the time your order is placed until it is shipped.

– Large quantities or custom products : Usually it will take 30-40 days to ship out.

– Please note that the number of days refers to “business” days, which is Monday through Friday.

Note: Usually, shipments are made according to the above time, but there may be delays in inventory updates, temporary shortages of raw materials, and we may delay shipments. The specific delivery time is subject to negotiation with our customer service.

Shipping Time:

jdpowershop typically ships goods through FedEx and DHL. It will arrive within 7 working days (excluding Russia, Ukraine, etc.).

If you want to use other transportation methods, please contact us. If transportation efficiency, security, order quantity support and customer cost control allow, we can also provide you with other reasonable transportation methods. We will also provide you with tracking number and tracking information, if any.

Where is my shipment?

After the transportation of the goods starts, we will send you the order number. If you want to know the status of your goods in transit, please log in to the transportation company and enter the order number we provided for inquiry.
