Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Building C 3/F, Fushiyuan Industrial Zone, Sandong Digital Garden, Huizhou, Guangdong, China.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Building C 3/F, Fushiyuan Industrial Zone, Sandong Digital Garden, Huizhou, Guangdong, China.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- New and Unused Product
*jdpowershop offers a (15) day return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer.
*Anything beyond (15) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. jdpowershop holds the right to refuse any products which has been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.
*If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered.
*The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by jdpowershop (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).
- Return process
Request a Return/exchange online with a jdpowershop Representative.
*If the return is caused by customers, you are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when sending the unwanted product(s) for a return to China. (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).
*If the return is caused by jdpowershop (product received are damaged or not correct), jdpowershop will refund you for the economy shipping once the item is received, jdpowershop WILL NOT refund expedited shipping. (overnight, Two-day)
Please allow 7 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility . Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 15 business days.
*All Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of jdpowershop.
Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials.
